I will be 22 soon, is it OK to start using anti aging creams?

Are the old wives tales true that if you use anti wrinkle when you're young, you'll age faster? Or will it save my skin? And better to start earlier? I will be 22 soon, is it OK to start using anti aging creams?
Im 23 and I use anti aging creams, so I don't think it will make you age faster or anything. I will be 22 soon, is it OK to start using anti aging creams?
yes why not i put moisturising cream on my face and im 25
it won't make a difference anti wrinkle creams only work if you actually have wrinkles, havent you ever heard of aging gracefully?
I think any moisturizer is good for your skin, starting at any age.
do what you want!

everyone has a different body, so one rule wont apply to everyone

i doubt that using anti wrinkle cream when you are 22 will age you faster, lots of people use it at that age. you have to start using it sometime, so if you want to use it go ahead
Most of those products do not work... save your money and just age gracefully so you don't end up looking like a plastic doll.... your young and you don;'t have to worry about aging just yet so enjoy your youth and when you do start to notice lines appearing on your face just remember you have wrinkled mirrors in your house :-)
Prevention is better than cure and any moisturiser with SPF15 or just a sun tan lotion is the best anti ageing product you can use.
I once read in this magazine that if you use anti wrinkle when you are 10 you will never have wrinkles (scientist said this) but no one does. I think that your less likely to have wrinkles but it's probably not very good for your skin but i think that it's ok! xxx
No, you wont age faster. it just wont be effective when you actually need it.

I suggest using a spf 30 moisturizer from clinique.
skin starts to wrinkle and age in the microlevel at the age of 24. it doesn't make it better or worse if you start earlier. i mean, if you have small manifestations of wrinkles around your eyes, then go ahead already and use it. =)
Sure it should be fine!

Just make sure its not to strong if you have sensitive skin x
might i suggest smoking cigarettes instead?
I don't think that is too early to start taking care of your skin. But keeping young looking skin throughout your life requires more than just creams. Actually, you can do a lot more for your skin from the inside than from the outside. Avoid exposure to the sun. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, don't smoke, don't drink and live a healthy lifestyle - that will do a lot for your skin.

Using creams is good too - natural ones are better though - avoid those that have a lot of chemicals that you can't pronounce in them. I like organic coconut oil myself!
I wouldn't use them.. eve, or make-up either for that matter. Just get fresh air, exercise and eat right - that's the best anti-aging system you can get.

Oh and don't take showers that are too hot either, I need to follow my own advice on that one.
The sooner the better but don't fall for scams that make wild promises. Moisturize, exfoliate and use a satin pillowcase. Additionally, anything that is antiaging is a scam. Regular moisturizer works just as well. Find one that feels good on your skin and smells fresh. They sell awesome creams and fruit peels in any natural product store. I li
It depends on what kind of product you are using. Many skin care and cosmetic products use chemicals to cover up your skin with mineral or animal oils, which will prevent dehydration, however, also preventing your skin to breathe. This will cause your skin to, basically, 'rot'. It's is the reason why many women's skin look darker when they remove their cosmetics and etc. The aim of many anti-aging products are to promote elastin and collagen production in your face to tighten your skin and lessen the wrinkles. Also they try to 'mop up' free radicals in your cells to lessen their damage to your skin. However, there is yet to be a product that stops, or slows down the damage of your free radical production in your skin, until now.

There is a new technology developed by a company with help of stanford and purdue scientists which will effectively stops the source of free-radical production, therefore slows down aging of the skin effectively. http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual%26amp;videoid=45505805%26amp;searchid=1c6c5858-2ea6-41a4-8075-3e78120ab91b this video broadcasted in Time Square, NYC. Also If your interested in the products please visit eureka.nsedreams.com for more informations. Unlike many other products in the market, these have concrete scientific backgrounds and those studies are all open to the customers who are interested.

With these new products, It will help you maintain age of your skin cells to be forever 20's (study done with stanford and this company shows that after using a product developed by this company (essence) to participants of age 40-77, their elastin level increased to a skin cell of age of 20's.)

You will have to carefully choose your product to see what the product can actually do, but with right anti-aging products, you will be able to retain your healthy skin of 20's.

Please feel free to email me for more information if you are interested. Thank You
