Can 30+ use anti ageing creams designed for 40+?

I have been talking to my friends and they made me a bit confused.I am not sure if I can harm my skin more than help using those creams.

I am 32 at the moment and the label on creams state that these are for older women. Can anyone help? Can 30+ use anti ageing creams designed for 40+?
You probably should NOT use them. Some creams have very active components which are not good for younger skin because they provide your skin with more collagen (there plenty of collagen in younger skin) and after that skin cells will become lazy and they will stop providing your skin with natural collagen. So the effect of 40+ will fade away after some time. 40+ designed for those who already don't have natural collagen in their skin. Can 30+ use anti ageing creams designed for 40+?
You probably shouldn't use it. It's designed for older skin.

As you get older, then you have less oils that's produced. The oils your skin natually produces now, may not produce when you're 40. So, these creams are replacements for those oils. This may make your skin look oiler. I'm sure, that you can find something for 30 year olds.

Now obviously... I don't know what your skin condition is... So... Pay a visit to:

and see what it tells you.

Good luck.
These creams are all some kind of moisturiser. As we age our skin becomes drier and less elastic. It probably makes no difference which creams you use as they all do the same sort of thing. Don't get sucked in by the adverts offering you a wrinkle free skin. A lot of it is inherited anyway. Just moisturise and don't let the sun on your face and neck without a high factor sunscreen. Some women I know have lovely skin and just use the cheapest moisturisers on the market. i honestly don't think the expensive ones are any better.
you can use them but they may be a bit rich for your skin, if a cream is too heavy it can lead to spots .
yes
