Find products with anti-oxidents in them. Anti oxidents absorb free radicals. Free radicals are what causes aging.
Something with spf of at least 15. The sun causes the most damage to the skin.
Do the skinID from neutrogena just go to skinid.com it really helped me

Why do you worry about creams when you are young? Young skin has marvellous rejuvenating qualities. The worst things for ageing young skin are smoking, drugs and alcohol. Cut these out and you don't have to worry about skin ageing until middle age.
you can try vineger on rice. it had proven that rice on vineger touches skins, regenerates youthfullness.~

my mum has used Nivea since she was 14. She's 51 now but doesn't look a day over 35! I know it's not a specific 'anti ageing' cream but its so moisturising that it seems to do the job.
