Help about anti aging skin creams?

I started using an anti aging skin cream at 20 and stopped at 21 because I heard from multiple people (doctors ect..) that you shouldnt use this at such a young age..and really I agree. But anyway do you think I could have damaged my skin or made the cell renewal become slower by using these creams?Help about anti aging skin creams?
Hi Nicole.

I doubt you have damaged your skin. You may have made it a bit lazy, but nothing that abstinence from these creams won't cure.

When you do get ready to use something extra on your skin, you may consider all natural products. You won't have to worry much about damage to your skin this way. All natural and all safe.

I don't think we should put anything on our face we are not willing to eat! :)

Thanks!Help about anti aging skin creams?
there is nothing wrong with using anti-again skin creams at a young age. If anything, it is great that you are getting a jump-start because alot of people don't start thinking about taking care of their skin until they start to develop age spots %26amp; wrinkles. My suggestion would be to use something with antioxidants and niacinamide. For example, I love the Olay Products. I'm also in my 20's so I use The Definity line now (cream cleanser, night cream and eye cream) to keep my skin hydrated and prevent aging. I love Definity, since I started using it my skin looks awesome! Then, when I'm in my thirties I will probably switch to the Regenerist line which is a bit stronger on the anti-aging ingredients.

Also, don't forget to use a daily moisturizer with SPF! That is the most important thing that you can do for your skin!!
You can start whenever you want to. There's nothing harmful in any of them. In fact, my dermatologist says that if someone-'s skin needs extra moisture they SHOULD be using anti-age creams.
no i dont think so. just use a day cream suited for your skin type with spf15 or above in it, and exfoliate regularly. always take your makeup off as well.
i doubt it, but doctors are weird sooo
