Should I start using anti ageing cream?

I am 19 years old, I don't have wrinkle or anything like that, but it's never to soon for using an anti ageing cream. I need something which prevents or stop wrinkle to appear.





I know the other ways like being in a good diet and drinking water, I know all this. But I am not just very sure about which cream to get. And yeah my skin is very very dull, I need something which will give a glow to my face, which will make it soft.Should I start using anti ageing cream?
no being at the age u are 19 ur still very young and using anti ageing cream isnt wise when you are this young, as it will be harsh and too strong for your skin, u only need anti ageing products when u are at that sort of age were u know wrinkles are gonna follow and bags etc, as for your skin if its a bit dull i would recommend regularly exfoliating your skin with a simple exfoliator theres all different types, but exfoliators work great on the skin and scrub away any dead, dull skin cells giving u a glowing complexion and making ur skin smooth and healthy in the process aswell :) hope this helps xShould I start using anti ageing cream?

Well if you moisturise your face you will be doing yourself a favour. As for anti-ageing creams, it's up to you. If you feel you can see signs of a weathering face then it would recommend seeing a doctor about a cream that he/she knows that works. My mum uses them and i think she has a decent aged face for 45. Self consciousness wont get you anywhere in life it will only drag you down. Be beautiful by feeling beautiful. At the age of 28 i don't think that your face would have been hit by wrinkles but don't worry about them they are a part of growing up. Your grandparents have wrinkles and they are loved by people. HEY they are regarded by teenage girls as the cutest people on earth. There is a xray you can get from a dermatologist which is an infrared scan which can detect ageing crevices, future wrinkles, future pimples and skin cancer spots. This scan can be very useful in many ways. I saw this been used on the Tyra Banks show and it was truly astonishing how it works. It can even depict a picture of what you will look like if you dont use suncreens/moisturisers or anti aging creams. But just remember it is inevitable. You can't honestly believe Dolly Pardon kept the face of a 25 year old because of anti ageing creams. Botox is what makes the stars look so beautiful and flawless. You dont have to be like a movie star unless you have deep pockets full of cash. But if you would like to do what you can for a small weekly input to your growing budget then try a simple anti ageing cream like 'Loreal Age perfect' and or Loreal Revita Lift'.





But just remember people have it way worse out there in the world. They might have severe acne or ance scars or skin conditions such as ecesma. an naturally ageing face isn't going to kill. People are going to hate you or avoid you because your skin isn't what it looked like when you were 16. God if only that could happen.... Feel beautiful be beautiful.

yes you can start now. Our skin tends to age after the age of 25 ,some even earlier depending on the person's lifestyle. eg: if you smoke,you tend to look older. Olay has good range of anti-aging products and are inexpensive. But to achieve good looking skin, one must also eat and excerise well to maintain. Remember to moisturizer too as our skin will lose its hydration as we aged.

Anti-aging creams have been scientifically proven to be a total rip-off. How long is it going to take you to realise they're doing nothing for you? Spend your money on fresh fruit - that will have at least a little effect.

I'm from South Africa, and no we don't get Badia here. I'd say the best cream to use in our climate would be one of Nivea's anti-aging creams, you get plenty over here and it shouldn't be too expensive.

Calcium; I've never heard of calcium-containing products for skin, so I'm not sure.





Peptides; If you mean Copper Peptides, I would say stay away from this. Its ';anti-aging properties'; were discovered in the 1970s by Dr. Pickart. Research on it is quite minimal and considering that again, its anti-aging properties were only discovered in the 1970s, the long-term effects of its use has not really been proven safe. If you mean other peptides ... well then, ha ha, I don't know. But a good thing to know is whether the peptides could actually penetrate into the epidermis and not just ';sit'; on top of the skin.





Alpha Hydroxy Acids are basically chemical exfoliants. They aid in exfoliation so, these are pretty good and they have been used for decades so ...this is safe.








In all, Vitamin C, E, and AHAs are, in my opinion, the best.





By the way, for Vitamin C, don't purchase drugstore brands. For Vitamin C, L-Ascorbic Acid is what should be looked for. Most, if not all drugstore brands, contain other forms of Vitamin C that, overall, are not as effective in protecting the skin and stimulating collagen production.

If there is no date printed underneath or on the lid, i'd take it into house of frazer or debenhams and ask the representative, they're boud to know. how long have you had it? Over 3 or more years and i'd probably bin it myself.
I think most creams are OK if used within 18-24 months of purchase. (However, as yours is anti-ageing it might last a little longer - joke) Nowadays, most cosmetics have a little symbol on the packaging stating the number of months they will be good for.
