Anti-aging cream?

I havent aged yet, Im 26 and look quite younger. What would the impact of ant-aging cream have on me? Would it help prevent it from happening prematurely? Would it make it less efficiant when I actually do start aging? Should I stick with moisturizers for now?Anti-aging cream?

Drink lots of water


get good sleep (tired skin tends to sag and wrinkle easier)


Stay our of the sun, wear a hat, or wear SPF protection every day


Eat a healthy diet to help you have healthy skin on the INSIDE, as well as the outside.


Use gentle cleansers, never exfoliate your face daily - that's too harsh.


Use your hands to wash and moisturize your face - applicators, sponges and clothes can actually be very harsh on your skin too.

The best anti-aging step you can take is to wear sunblock/sunscreen every day. Sun exposure is what causes most wrinkles. You can wear a moisturizer w/ SPF a foundation w/ SPF or a tinted sunscreen.





Some brands to consider: Aveeno, Neutrogena, Shiseido, Prescriptives.





As for the rest of your regime, if isn't broken, don't fix it. Using an ant-aging cream won't hurt or become less effective because you started young. It will just be a waste of money.





SPF is the most important thing.
The best way for someone your age to prevent aging is to use a good sunblock every day. Every day, even if it's cloudy. If you have no, or minimal signs of aging, then an anti-aging cream will do little. It's certainly not going to take 10 years off your skin. Since sun exposure is one of the worst things for skin (age spots, wrinkles, cancer), this is where you should be concentrating your efforts and money. IMO.
I might work fine for now, but actually when you do start aging (which should be within the next year or so) The applications you use now will speedup the process and you'll age like a dog. So you decide. Dr 90219 here.

The LESS things you throw on your skin... the Better! If you dont see ANY Wrinkles- RELAX!! If you do see some here %26amp; there.. You should look into getting a Facial Product! My Aunt uses the Youth Lift Plus and its really working for her! Also- A Monly Professional would benefit you too!!
