I'm 20 years old, and I'm just wondering if now would be a good time to start using an anti-aging cream?
My face is fairly full (not fat, just chubbyish :)), and I don't smoke or go out in the sun often, so I don't have any wrinkles, but prevention is supposedly better than cure, so would starting to use an anti-aging cream now put off the wrinkles for a little longer?

I would not recommend using anti-aging cream now: you are way to young. I would recommend using face moisturizer. I am 21 and I use it in the morning and at night: I use one that has SPF 15. The main thing you should do is keep your face moisturizer and protect it from the sun. The sun is our worse enemy! I would also recommend drinking lots of water.Anti-aging cream at 20 years old?
Thank YOU for also asking this frequently asked question.
Much of skin aging is a result of what we put on the face. So many skincare products, moisturizers, cleansers, exfoliaters AND anti aging products have been found to contain harmful, skin aging, premature wrinkle causing ingredients. Many such products have been removed from market, notably in France, as they pose great risks of causing acne and skin cancer.
Sites given below confirm.
Too frequent and, too thorough cleaning has been shown to harm and age skin. Confirm with Google searches.
The best prevention and the safest, modest cost way, is to use essential oils - olive, almond and grape seed are suitable for all skin types and they are perfect, natural moisturizers - you will need no other. They feed skin many essential nutrients that nurture it and ward off aging and wrinkling. Applied properly they WILL largely prevent formation of wrinkles and will also diminish existing ones. It is best to thoroughly massage into skin. Massage also firms, smooths and tightens skin and gives it a healthy, vital glow.
This treatment alone has kept my skin looking vitally healthy, totally blemish free and youthful. I am often thought to be many years younger than I am
To avoid skin harm by high SPF sunscreens (again confirm with a Google) first apply essential oil and lightly remove surface excess with water and tissues then apply sunscreen on top. Surprisingly, It is equally, if not more, effective. I do this and am often in intense sun for hours at a time with just one application of spf 15 and never burn.
