yes you can, but you probably don't need it until you're at least 27. for now, it may be just as efficient to use regular cream/lotion, which is usually cheaper than anti-ageing creams.

I don't think you should you're still young. And, I have heard that if you use anti-aging products when you're young it'll actually make you look older.

im 26 and i use a Q10 moisteriser... its meant to help prevent wrinkles (not that i have any yet!! i just dont want them!)
