Anti- age creams?

At what's the best time to start using these? (age? and I'm 17 yrs old)

What's a good brand to use?Anti- age creams?
Actually, you will be surprised that Olay products do a great job for people at your age. Go on Olay site and you can have a live consultation with the representatives. They can make a determination about what you need.Anti- age creams?
They are all scams.

Any moisturizing helps and start now with that.

Meanwhile, an anti-aging diet and staying out of the sun is the best way to accomplish anything.
Ive just turned away from 17 years old and i wouldn't know how to live without Nivea Young tinted moisturiser. You can get it for less than a fiver. Becuase it's a tinted moisturiser, you dont need to use any foundation, therefore leaving your pores alot cleaner. It uses a perfect match system so it will suit any skin colour, im really pale and my sister is alot darker, and she uses it. There are so many perks of using it, like if you get a tan on holiday you dont have to change foundation becuase it will match yout skin tone still. And your skin will stay smooth aswell. I don't think i had this problem but if you do start to get spots something really good is the Blemish Stick from body shop which is about 5 pounds and will last you ages. Hope it helps
you don't really need to use one until you are in your mid to late 20's.

I agree that prevention is the best cure...use a moisturiser during the day which contains an SPF15. Sunscreen will limit the amount of wrinkles you get in the future. Don't purposely go out in the sun to get a tan...that will age you prematurely and you'll end up looking leathery before your time!

Drink plenty of water (tap or bottled) and eat healthy
Prevention is far easier than treatment. Now is as good as any time to start using a simple antiaging cream.

I suggest Oil of Olay as well--check out Complete and also Total Effects. Visit their website for more information.

AND:

Don't smoke.

Drink enough water, this really helps to keep your skin moist.

On sunny days, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen to your face, neck and other areas of exposed skin before you go out-doors.

Never use a tanning salon. Half-an-hour on a sunbed does more harm than lying on the beach all day without sunscreen.

Wear sunglasses to avoid ';crow's feet'; - wrinkles that come from screwing up your eyes. Even existing crow's feet can fade after several month of consistently wearing sunglasses.

Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds. These provide vitamins A,C and E - antioxidants that block harmful free radicals before they can cause skin damage.

Exercise for 20 - 30 minutes most days of the week. You've probably noticed that exercise can make your skin flush - a sure sign that oxygen in your blood are reaching the capillaries in your skin.
Anti-aging products basically have some kind of retinol. You could start off with the Neutrogena Anti-Blemish %26amp; Anti-Wrinkle cream. You don't really need them at your age, but you could if you want as a kind of preventative measure. I agree with the other poster--Olay products are great quality for drugstore products.
