I haven't started putting on creams. Should i tho, to prevent getting any? Or am i doing my face more harm than good? Will putting anti-aging creams at 20 help prevent wrinkles or speed up their development? (Im asian)?
don't fix whats not broken. If you have good skin right now. don't worry about it. the best way to prevent wrinkles is to take cold showers and prevent too much sun exposure. Asians have very beautiful skin, in my opinion...I know this sound weird coming from a guy...don't think I'm gay or anything =PWill putting anti-aging creams at 20 help prevent wrinkles or speed up their development? (Im asian)?

i'm suprised to hear this question from an asian woman. usually asians are the ones that do the creams, lotions etc. lol.
you should start using creams etc!! i started using creams/lotions on my face since i was 12 (I'm taiwanese and people in taiwan are anti-wrinkling crazy). 20 is a good age to start because it prevents you from getting anymore(which you will as you get older). i promise you that you will not regret using creams now. the earlier the better. seriously, DO NOT WAIT!!!!!! trust me, its why people in my family have good skin. even my grandma has few wrinkles.
i suggest you use SK-II (its a japanese brand that is SUPERB at anti-aging), but it is a little pricy, but worth it. you can buy it online.
i hope i helped!
one should bring a change in diet
take healthy food most importantly natural food
fruits vegetable salads
yoga good exercise these prevent ageing to a considerable extent
you can start using them in moderation not as much as your mom or grandma does just to prevent it.. i know you can always start using eye creams at the age of 11 or so to prevent wrinkles and such.. but im not sure about the other parts..
use sunblock everyday is a good start to prevent aging.. use a sunblock that offers broad spectrum protection.. i recommend using neutrogena's sunblock.. they have helioplex in it which protects your skin against UVA rays much more than any other sunblocks.. plus, they have a ';cooling'; feel when you apply them.. i like the spray one so i could re-apply throughout the day easily..
that reminds, remember to re-apply the sunblock every 2 or 3 hours.. or after swimming/sweating.. and it takes 20 mins for sunblock to be properly absorbed...
Firstly asians have great skin. You should worry about using any anti-aging cream until your 30.
why do you want anti ageing creams at 20? Your answer: Yes they will hurt your skin in the long run.
