What do you look for in anti-aging creams?

I am 26 and need to start using an anti-wrinkle or anti-aging cream. What do I need to look for when comparing products? Does skin type matter? Do combination products work? How do I know which one might be right for me? I do not wear a lot of make-up or products in general. Does this matter? What do you look for in anti-aging creams?
Winna,

Let me say first, good on you for getting started with this. You probably are far from wrinkles, fine lines and age spots. However, they say you have to start you if you want to ';kick aging in the butt'; later down the road. Look for products that include a high amount of active ingredients. Natural ingredients are always better than artificial and lab produced. I have read a lot on anti-aging and with my sensitive skin I have to be careful what I get. I tried out a few, and found Lifecell skin cream to work pretty good. Here is a link to more information if you want: http://bestantiagingwrinklecreamreviews.com/ The good thing about this cream is that it did not react with my skin at all - no burning or itching.
