I'm 19- What are some good anti-aging creams that contain SPF and keep my skin hydrated?

I'm looking for something I can use during the day and something else I can use at night. Im really into preventing wrinkles and keeping my skin healthy.I'm 19- What are some good anti-aging creams that contain SPF and keep my skin hydrated?
Oil of Olay has a fairly inexpensive lotion you can buy at the drugstore (about $8). I think it's this one: http://www.olay.com/products/ge1006

It comes in a little white bottle with a black cap. It has a faint amount of sunscreen and smells really good on freshly washed skin. $8 sounds like a lot for such a small bottle but it will last you a long time. I use it more for the moisturizing %26amp; SPF properties than I do the anti-aging stuff. My face dries out after I wash it, and I'm fair skinned so I burn easily. The misturizer is light - not heavy. So you can wear it everyday without worrying about clogged pores or feeling greasy.

I didn't even know it was an anti-wrinkle lotion until I read the bottle. My mom let me borrow the first one I tried. Of course anti-aging is a plus. But try not to obsess about aging too early. When we're all 70 it's not going to matter much anyway. From what I've seen of my older sisters - the more you poke and obsess about your wrinkles, gray hair and crows feet - the quicker they come.

For acne I have found that using a nice gentle facewash %26amp; wash cloth every day, followed by the lotion is sufficient. A periodic exfoliating scrub is also good for sneaky blackheads. There's really no need to spend $100s on a whole anti-acne skincare system like proactive or Clinique unless you have severe acne... or you just have the money to spend.I'm 19- What are some good anti-aging creams that contain SPF and keep my skin hydrated?
Any SPF of over 50 is fine, and as well, stay out of the sun anyway, and use a hat anyway, and as well, guard your neck with a scarf.

';Turkey necks'; arrive at about age 35+ and aren't easily if at all, corrected with plastic surgery later in your life. The skin is just too damaged, and any neck lift with skin removal, just re-sags anyway. It isn't fixable. So, while in the sun, use sun block on your neck, and top of your hands as well, and stay covered with that scarf.

Then there are other things just as important:

Don't eat an inflammatory diet.

This means:

Omit all fried foods from your diet, and all oils except olive oil. don't drink soft drinks that contain high fructose corn syrup. (In fact, pretty much don't drink any of them at all.)

If you like apples, by only organic. Eat walnuts and blue berries every day, and skim milk on your cereal. Be sure to take a calcium supplement, (calcium citrate is the best one....) along with 2000 units of vitamin D daily. Your bread products and wheat products need to be whole grain. Don't eat hydrogenated oils like crisco, or hard peanut butter like Skippy.

It takes some detective work reading labels to make sure you eat as little of this junk as possible. (The first 3 or 4 items listed in any product are the major ones. The rest are trace.)

One writer suggested that ';if it is made by humans, avoid it.'; Well, difficult, to be sure, but essentially it means that you need more fruits and veggies in your diet.

Exercise 30 minutes every day even if it is just walking in your office building.

(Now, there is another way to get Vit. D, and that is to expose your back to the sun for about 10-20 per day, but never to the point of burning. )

There's more. You might wish to read some things by Andrew Weil... Healthy Aging, (you start to age as soon as you are born) and he as well has some cook books out. They guy is a Harvard trained MD, and most of the time, he's fine. He has some goofy ideas about echenichia, (sp) which is just nuts, and proven to be incorrect, and you need to ping around on the internet to find those, but for the most part, he's correct about the importance of spices. You'll like that book. Get it at your local library.

EDIT: For acne, some of the sun blocks make it worse. You might try Retin A cream. It is an exfoliant, by script, about $120/tube. In Mexico, $20. Get the .1% rather than the .05% to get your money's worth. It will last a year. You don't have to use it often.
I sell amway/quixtar and I use the artistry time defiance products. Theres a cleanser, toner, moisturizer, etc.

Works really really well to.

Im 19 as well, so I kinda switch back and forth between that and my acne treatments. But you can take a look at them on

www.quixtar.com and under brands select Artistry (thats our cosmetic line).

Again, I love it only because I am a smoker and stress alot so im already looking a little old, but they have stuff for everyone. Especially great deals on packages.

If your interested, shoot me an email.

BTW: Returns are easy! Especially with makeup. I never order the right shades and they take it back with no problems
I agree with the other comment. You are 19, you are in NO NEED of anti-aging cream. You are not even in your 20's!!! So enjoy the time when you don't need that stuff, instead of pretending you do!
you are 19. as long as you don't smoke you don't need it until you are 35
