It all depends on what you call treatments... If you want to use pumice stones on your knees and elbows, Ponds' Cold Cream, or more expensive 'designer' creams then I would say start in your 20s, way before the damage from the sun, wind etc. have set in.
But if you are talking more extensive and invasive treatments like acid peels, never!! If you have cleansed your face and taken relatively good care of your skin, eaten right and done all that you can do, you really should accept that some part of it is aging. Trying to look 20 when your 65 is unrealistic and vain.At what age should people start using anti aging creams and treatments?
hello there..
well talking about anti aging creams those companies well try to make u start using their products as early as possible so they can get out as much money as they can from consumers ! ... but the real anti agents stuff are those natural things u can do easily .. eat healthy , sleep well and don't forget about sport and walking activity ,,, vegetables and fruits have all those anti oxidants ( which are basically the things they put in anti aging creams ) ,,, cucumber circles on ur face? sounds old? but it's effective and cheap ... mmm walk for half an hour everyday ,,, keep your weight on ideal ranges according to your body mass index ... no smoking no alcohol ... and i gurantee you a long life and very late aging : )
good luckAt what age should people start using anti aging creams and treatments?
puberty just a nice moisturiser is suffice and dont use soap on the face just use a wet face washer dont forget behind the ears and in them too
Well it depends, some people age faster then others. When you notice yourself aging, then use the creams.
There is no magic age to start ';stopping'; the aging process. Aging is like anything else preventative is more effective then correction. What I mean by this... it is it easier to maintain results then to reverse them. If you take care of your body with a healthy lifestyle and use skin care products such as moisturizers and serums to replenish hydration and nutrients your skin will be better maintained. Genetics has it's hand in aging too, so there are somethings that are out of our control, but the more initiative you take with those you can control the better off you'll be.
