Anti-aging creams.?

I'm 19 and nightly I use an anti-aging cream. Does that show good fore-sight or just that I'm paranoid? Will this actually do anything for me in the long run, or am I wasting my time, effort and money?Anti-aging creams.?
a facial lotion with a good sun block is a great idea when your young. It will do alot for you now so you age slower later. Its good that you are doing stuff while you are young I did the same thing. You have to also remember you are what you eat so you need to look at what you are eating as well. and drinking.Anither thing be carefull alot of anti aging stuff has stuff to help shed off old skin to make wrinkles look smaller and that may not be good for your age.Always look at the ingrediance.See if you were like 28 yrs old you would go with like a retonil vitame a type of deal but at your age you want more like a vitame and collegin or vitame a with E type of deal.Just be carefull and stay out of the sun.Anti-aging creams.?
Yes, it can certainly help! starting early can help prevent your skin from aging, instead of trying to play catch-up later by attempting to get rid of wrinkles.

Make sure your using an anti-aging product in the mornings too - something with a little sunscreen preferably (even when it's not sunny) because our exposure over the years to the sun is a big factor in our 'aged' looking skin later on.

Mary Kay has great anti-aging products: their TimeWise collection. If you know a Mary Kay consultant, ask her for a Free facial with the TimeWise set to try it out.

If you don't know a MK consultant, you can find one on www.marykay.com %26amp; they will be happy to give you a Free facial.
You are VERY smart to begin a facial regiment this young. AVON and local department stores have wonderful products especially for younger skin.

Always remove makeup at night, try to wash your face am and pm and eating foods good for skin will help you in long run.

Just last month, I was carded because you had to be 25 to enter. I will be 41 in August!
at 19 yrs age, i dont think any such creme is required. u must use moisturiser if u have dry skin. Try to use some herbal home made face packs. better not to use any special cremes at this age, as yr skin is still tender and sensitive.

if u have dry skin, use curd, termeric and honey mixture and apply on face for 15 minutes. if u have oily skin, use rose water, termeric, honey and chana aata.
i rececntly bought one and i'm younger than you. for anti-aging cream, you can use it for any age.

my friend has been using it since she was 8 and she looks great.
It will help. The main thing to remember is to use sunblock on your face and don't tan your face.
