You can start using anti-aging creams as early as your 20s. Use creams with placenta. It won't harm your skin and would help retard wrinkle formation as well as give your skin the moisture that it needs. Don't forget your sunblock!

I've read that it doesn't hurt to start using the creams at a young age. It may be pricey though...
